My name is Zaki Monqad. I come from a family of immigrants and was raised right here in San Diego. What started as a push cart at the age of 16 grew into an old van at 18—and today, at 20, has become a fully custom-built Mercedes Sprinter dessert truck. Each step has been fueled by hard work, resilience, and the belief that growth comes from taking risks. I’ve come a long way, but this isn’t the end—it’s the beginning of a new chapter.

That chapter is built around bringing people together through a fun catering experience. Our truck offers premium soft serve, hand-scooped ice cream, milkshakes, and snow cones to elevate any event. Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, school event, or private celebration, our goal is simple: to create memorable experiences and add something special to every moment we’re a part of.
